1971 Citroen HY Van
The Citroen HY Van, lovingly referred to as "Nez de Cochon" or "Pig's Snout", is a light truck produced between 1947 and 1981. A total of 473,289 H vans were built in France & Belgium, and were used as delivery vans, ambulances, fire trucks, and paddy wagons by local police departments.
Our RedTruck HY van is named Javelina, and was built in 1971. This old beauty has been carefully restored and converted into a fully-functioning catering unit. We hope you enjoy the food we create within this beautiful truck as much as we have enjoyed creating a unique catering experience.
